Cubo Projects delivered the Ascentia Dental fitout in Thornhill Park, featuring four dental suites, an OPG room, and a sterilisation room. The project presented unique challenges, with a gym located directly beneath the tenancy requiring all services and infrastructure to be installed within a raised subfloor system and supported by pumps.

Completed within a 14-week construction program, the works were carefully coordinated with the building manager to maintain seamless operations for neighbouring tenants.
