THE STEVEDORE

Located in Melbourne’s west in the historic Williamstown, a short stroll from the beach, ‘The Stevedore’ offers 28 contemporary town houses set in the heart of Williamstown’s retail district. This development comprises three blocks of tri-level townhouses, each with access to an underground car park, linked by landscaped communal space. Beginning in 2014, this project included the extensive removal of contaminated soil and materials due to the sites previous use as a large gas pit. Construction was completed in 2016.
