Woodruff & Ingles Street is a recently acquired joint venture by Cubo Group and Banco Group. The 3,400 m2 site is currently a three storey red-brick warehouse consisting of 7,000 m2 of building area, which will be utilised as a mixed use residential, retail and commercial development. The property occupies a prominent corner location at the junction of Woodruff Street and Ingles Street in the popular suburb of Port Melbourne, approximately 3.6 kilometres to/from the Melbourne CBD. Port Melbourne is characterised by a mix of residential, retail, commercial and light industrial uses amongst many recreational parks and reserves such as Port Melbourne football Oval which is located directly opposite the property.
