Glenferrie & Oxley Road is a joint venture between Cubo Group and Banco Group to re-develop the current office building constructed in 2005. The office space will be completely refurbished, while 198 one and two bedroom apartments will be built to the rear of the property as well as a café below. Construction is expected to begin in 2018.
